In today's post, we are going to talk about some of the main online tools that we have used through this course. Stay alert because maybe you could find some uses in the near future ;).

KAHOOT

Kahoot is a free platform used to make online quizzes. Using this tool, everyone can create their own close answer quizzes to test the ability of others. Usually, teachers use it a lot, due to the fact that is a quick and easy playable app. Furthermore, makes students enjoying a daily test to see what they have learned at school. Also, children revise their own thoughts and ideas about the topic and help them to continue studying. Another pro of this app is that allows infinite participation!

BLOGGER

What is Blogger?

Blogger is a free tool which is part of Google apps where you can easily create blogs. Blogs reflect knowledge about whatever and could be individual or in teams. Its interface is very very easy so anyone with little experience working online can use this tool with many difficulties.

We have used this tool to create what you are reading right now. What is more, we easily follow our lecture reflection part of the knowledge of the lessons here, as well as upload our practices, files, videos and so on.

THINGLINK

What is Thinglink?

Thinglink is a tool which can create very attractive interactive content. Thanks to this software users can design unique graphic material adding images, videos, music, webs or pics. Thinglink is a very interesting option for educators and learners to bring this kind of material to lectures.

We used this tool to create our interactive poster from practice number which seasons as a topic. The truth is that we didn't know this app but we fell in love with it immediately.

CANVA

What is Canva?

Canva is an app where you can create all type of designs (flyers, posters, cards...). Offering a huge quantity of tools to work with such as templates, images, elements, multimedia and so, obtaining several and creative results. Furthermore, it is very easy to conduct.

The use we gave to this tool was to complete our first project about Norwegian education. In our team we decided to take this app because some of us used it previously. This app enables online editing simultaneously for more than 1 member who shared the project so it is ideal for our group of three.

CRAM

What is Cram?

Finally, Cramm is the last tool we have used currently in our tasks. This app makes only flashcards but very simple and effective ones. Of course, it incorporates some pics and text and can be downloaded to make them physical.

We have used this tool to create project 2 (flashcards about gaming topic). This tool was recommended by the teaching staff on the instructions for the task. Again, some of us already know it but we hadn' had the opportunity to test it. In that way, we are very glad of our work :)

Did you know some of these 5 tools already? if not take some notes because we are sure that can be useful for your present. When you try them comment here if you enjoyed them and what was the experience!
